This is a formal complaint, and I expect it to be taken seriously. I came to this location around 10 PM on 06/19/2026 to get shawarma, but honestly, I wish I hadn’t. I’ve never seen such a disrespectful employee who clearly doesn’t enjoy doing his job. You could tell from the moment I walked in. When I tried to place my order, he was busy playing on his phone and kept telling me to wait. When he finally came to take my order, I told him I wanted two student meals. He asked to see my student ID. I told him I didn’t have the physical card with me, but I had a photo of it. He said that was fine and told me there was no problem. About a month ago, when I first moved here, I ordered the student meal from this same location. A different employee prepared it, and it was exactly as advertised: shawarma, fries, sauce, and it tasted great. This time, however, the Egyptian employee (I’m only describing him this way because I don’t know his name) provided an absolutely terrible experience. His facial expression was unfriendly, his attitude was awful, and the service was even worse. He gave me no fries, no sauce, and the food didn’t taste anything like what I had received before. They only had 1 person right after Argentina soccer game.. poor guy was sweating his butt off.. that caused me to wait 40+ mins for my order.. and once I received my order, instead of the fried cauliflower, as you can see in the photo, I had some raw cauliflower…. It was missing the sauce I saw the previous reviews and all I saw was a bunch of meaningless apologies from whoever is running this social media..they clearly don’t care about their clients nor try to fix anything ..

Guy was super nice! Helped me order since it was my first time trying, service was quick! He even gave me the meal on the house so I could try it. Would definitely recommend

This might be the day were the cook changed, the credit card system was down, not enough cash to get change back, and the seasonings were not all there. All three happened on the other day. The food quality is ok not seasoned, kinda put together in a hurry even though we were the only customers and the prices are not a bang for your buck. We have had better in multiple cities across the U.S. It was recommended by a friend and his taste buds are clearly off. We won't be back one and done type of situation. Mid food at a restaurant price.

First and certainly the LAST TIME. The food was terrible, there were pretty much only dry and overspiced pieces of meet in a dry wrap - a trace of tomatoes was added. Significantly overpriced very bad food prepared with minimum effort. You are better of getting frozen food and reheating it in the microwave yourself, because this is what it is.
